You’re more than welcome to use you’re own cleaning supplies, however you will not be compensated or discounted when doing so.
Payments are due immediately upon completion of services. New/first time clients must make their payments immediately upon completion of services. Regular, re-occurring clients have until the end of the day (11:59 pm EST) to make payment.
It depends on what type of cleaning you booked and also the severity the job.
If anything happens and you need to cancel or reschedule your can do it through the scheduling page.
